Nominated as today’s Better Angels are the leadership and staff within the County Commissioners Association of WV and the WV Association of Counties for their continued hard work and dedication. These two organizations have always been an invaluable resource, but during these unpredictable times with daily changes of information and guidelines, they have truly done their very best to help bring some clarity and stability to our communities.
