WV Strong: Roy Moose

Nicholas County

Nominated as today’s Better Angel is Mr. Roy Moose, a member of the Nicholas County Board of Education and a retired teacher of Richwood High School. Mr. Moose was nominated because he has graciously offered free tutoring lessons to any Nicholas County student that needs assistance during this challenging time.
