Monster Tree Service is looking for a General Foreman to demonstrate leadership through a culture of safe, efficient and progressive business practices. The successful candidate will report to the Owner on the implementation and management of safety, quality and performance of production crews on designated projects. Monster Tree service is an innovative company looking for people with vision and discipline to push them further ahead in the marketplace.

• Manage production crews on designated large scale projects.
• Oversee production crew, maintain a Safety driven environment that delivers professionalism daily and meets production goals.
• Train and assist crews in delivery of production goals
• Implement safety policy, equipment management program, vehicle management program and regulatory compliance in the work place.
• Resolve client complaints or property damage caused by production crews.

Requirements:

• Prior management experience in utility or residential tree care.
• A clean/valid drivers license, CDL is helpful.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
