Manchin announces launch of job resource page | Register-Herald
U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin announced the launch of a job resource page with the goal to connect West Virginians to jobs, job fairs and resources to help job seekers.
The site, https://www.manchin.senate.gov/help-from-joe/jobs, has job postings, job fairs and resources. Some of the resources include tips for creating a resume and cover letter along with templates for each and interview tips.
Manchin announced the launch of the page on his website in a Monday news release.
“I have always said nobody works harder than a West Virginian,” Manchin said in the release. “By co-hosting job fairs throughout the state, we have connected job seekers with employers and provided resources for job seekers to develop their resumes, and have also provided a forum for business to network. This job resource page is an extension of our job fairs and another tool for West Virginians to connect with jobs they can be proud of.”
