Manchin, Capito Announce More Than $1 Million For Flood Recovery Efforts in West Virginia
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) today announced $1,470,231.24 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the State of West Virginia.
This more than $1 million grant will be used by the Kanawha County Board of Education for Emergency Protective Measures to alleviate immediate threats to lives, public health and safety.
