Manchin Announces Service Academy Board

Charleston, WV – Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced the names of his service academy board. The ten member panel will interview prospective candidates who are vying for a nomination to the U.S. Military Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and the U.S. Air Force Academy. Virtual Resource Fairs and Interviews will be held from October 19, 2020 to October 23, 2020.

“It is an honor to nominate our hardworking and dedicated West Virginia Students to the U.S. Service Academies each year,” Senator Manchin said. “Every member of the panel brings something to the table and I look forward to reviewing the results of the interviews when I make my nominations.”
