Manchin Introduces Bipartisan Resolution Celebrating 100th Anniversary Of U.S. Border Patrol
Washington, DC – Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin joined his bipartisan colleagues in introducing a resolution to recognize and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Border Patrol on May 28, 2024.
“The U.S. Border Patrol is a world-class force made of over 19,000 agents and 3,000 professional staff,” said Senator Manchin. “I commend the brave men and women who work tirelessly every day to safeguard the American people and homeland. A century of protecting our borders and enforcing immigration laws is a massive achievement, and I’m proud to introduce this bipartisan resolution to commemorate it.”
