WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senators Joe Manchin and Jay Rockefeller today spoke on the Senate floor in their first-ever colloquy about what a deal means for Century Aluminum retirees and Karen Gorrell’s tremendous efforts to reach a deal with the company.
