Manchin Urges West Virginians To Apply For Health Insurance During ACA Open Enrollment Period

Washington, DC – Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) urged West Virginians to apply for health insurance coverage during the Affordable Care Act (ACA) open enrollment period, which ends on December 15th, 2020.

“The ACA has provided more than 180,000 West Virginians with health insurance, ensuring our family, friends, and neighbors have access to the healthcare they need and deserve. This year’s open enrollment period will allow West Virginians and Americans to apply for healthcare coverage during one of the most devastating healthcare crises our nation has faced. Every West Virginian deserves to have access to affordable, reliable healthcare, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. To apply and enroll, visit healthcare.gov to find a plan that works for you and your family.”

West Virginia also offers free enrollment assistance to all in-state residents through the WV Navigator. You can learn more at acanavigator.com/wv/home or call at 1-844-WV-CARES.
