WV Strong: Bert Caswell

I’ve been seeing so many great WV Strong stories.  Every day, I’m so proud to share a story with you. 

Today’s better Angel is Bert Caswell, who wrote a wonderful poem that is dedicated to all our heroes on the frontlines of this pandemic.
