Today’s Better Angel is from down in McDowell County. Chelsey Dobbs is a graduate of River View High School, Bluefield State, and the McDowell Health Sciences and Technology Academy (HSTA) who is currently working on the frontlines of the pandemic at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
