Application Support Trainer,Jackson Kelly PLLC-Charleston
Responsibilities:
- Provide training to attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and other staff
- Provide support as needed to end users
- Develop new methods to effectively and efficiently train others
- Maintain user guides for various applications that are used to support training
- Deliver training in person and remotely (in a classroom environment or one-on-one)
- Create video, web-based, and virtual training sessions
- Keep abreast of best practices related to the use of technology in the legal environment
- Other support and training duties as needed
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Two – five years of experience
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong organization, scheduling and project management skills
- Flexibility to travel as necessary
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
