Application Support Trainer,Jackson Kelly PLLC-Charleston

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and other staff
  • Provide support as needed to end users
  • Develop new methods to effectively and efficiently train others
  • Maintain user guides for various applications that are used to support training
  • Deliver training in person and remotely (in a classroom environment or one-on-one)
  • Create video, web-based, and virtual training sessions
  • Keep abreast of best practices related to the use of technology in the legal environment
  • Other support and training duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Two – five years of experience
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Strong organization, scheduling and project management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
