District Coordinator,TorcSill Foundations-Clarksburg
Responsibilities:
- Word processing
- Managing calendars
- Prepares mail/outgoing packages
- Maintaining project files
- Maintains personnel files at the district level
- Creates project one-calls and maintains them active as needed
- Enters operational and financial data with minimal errors
- Prepares reports for District Managers as needed
- Coordinates travel arrangements for District Managers, FSM and crew members as needed
- Maintains employee time for District Managers approval
- Processes Sales Orders through QuickBooks daily
- Processes Purchase Orders through QuickBooks daily
- Assists in new hire preparation
- Works directly with Human Resources during recruiting, pre-employment screening, offers of employment and processing new hire paperwork
- Responsible for maintaining office supplies as needed
- Support District Manager in preparation of documents, scheduling, and follow up on project timelines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- AA or some college coursework and appropriate work experience preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in a fast paced and customer-focused environment
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong focus on providing quality customer service during all phases of client projects
- Must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests per company policy
- Strong organizational habits
- Must be able to take direction from superiors and work cooperatively with others and/or independently to carry out tasks appropriately
- Must possess and exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to produce effective oral and/or written reports for internal and/or external use
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines while perpetually seeking continuous improvement
