Access Management Specialist,United Bank-Parkersburg
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for learning and having a broad knowledge of all applications throughout the Bank.

Perform periodic and scheduled reviews of applications, files and physical access controls, noting any exceptions and performing follow-up with various departments to have them corrected.

Utilize department specific software applications to produce report metrics, monitor activity, and analyze data.

Daily review of various Security and Access Management reports, including investigating potential violations of security protocol, changes to access levels and possible malicious insider activity.
-
General upkeep and maintenance on the United Business Application Tracking (BAT) database.
-
Perform Data Loss Prevention reviews on various systems and applications, and escalate any suspected or confirmed violations to the ISO.

Assist the ISO in the review and preparation of Information Security Risk Assessments.

Assist the ISO with the reporting and tracking of Privacy Incidents.
-
Assist the ISO with educating colleagues on social engineering scams and provide training and periodic testing of the skills they’ve learned.

Perform clerical and administrative duties (telephones, emails, reviewing and editing various reports, letters and memos, mail routing, data entry on Excel spreadsheets, etc.).
- Provide back-up functions for the Parkeast Operations Center Receptionist.
- Work on various other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum of 2 years of working in a professional office environment required.

Prior Banking or Technical working experience highly desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) required.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
-
Ability to multi-task and work within tight time constraints.
