Retail Wireless Consultant, Sprint - Moorefield

Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location sales goals
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
• Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
• Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 and have high school diploma/GED
• Experience in retail cellular phone sales preferred
• Great communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to training locations
• Basic computer skills
