Description:

• Scheduling of resources (hard and soft FM)
• Analysis of where the team is and accomplishments expected and acheived
• Status and percentages for all transitions
• Organizing and scheduling of SWATs (teams deployed to existing acocunts to fire fight, resoleve issues or reset) etc.
• Tracking of SWAT skills, resources
• Cost allocation - financials
• Reporting of status, transitions, SST, solution successes
• Collection of lessons learned, root cause analysis, red reviews, etc
• Sales requests – supporting solution developers and the new position - SA
• Managing requests from existing accounts and deploying appropriate resources
• Understanding low performing accounts – KPIs, potential risks
• Scheduling of training
• Supporting gap analysis

Requirements:

• Engineering background will be extremely helpful
• Financial understanding
• Excel and Smartsheet skills
• Easily adaptable to new technology and IT platforms
• Organization skills
• Interpersonal skills
• High level customer service skills
