Manchin Statement On The Death Of Reba Honaker

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) today released the following statement on the death of Welch Mayor, Reba Honaker.

“Reba loved West Virginia and was an incredible advocate for Welch and McDowell County. She was tireless in her work for her city and her constituents. I am honored to have called her my friend for so many years. Welch has been lucky to call Reba their mayor and I pray for the town as they mourn their loss. Gayle and I also send our deepest condolences to her friends and loved ones especially her husband Charles, her two children and her four grandchildren.”
