WV Strong: Jessie East Ward

Today’s Better Angel is Jessie East Ward of Shepherdstown and her efforts making masks for our medical professionals, the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission, and anyone else in need.  Her project, the WV EP Mask Effort on Facebook, was posted March 22 and had 100 followers within 24 hours. It’s only continued to grow from there, with community members sharing mask patterns and organizing ways to donate materials.  Thank you Jessie for serving as an inspiration to others in your community.
