Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senators Joe Manchin and Jay Rockefeller (both D-W.Va.) today announced funding for two rural development projects funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that will improve infrastructure in Harrison County and extend public water services to residents in Randolph County.
